What We Do
Hunter Park identifies land and property across South East England where development value has not yet been unlocked. We work analytically and discreetly — researching ownership, assessing planning context, and making considered approaches to landowners before anyone else has identified the opportunity.
Our focus is on sites with genuine potential. We do not speculate and we do not approach landowners without a clear view of what the opportunity could represent for them.
We work in partnership with BuildUp and Rosey Cassidy to progress opportunities that meet our criteria. Rosey Cassidy — former Land Agent and former Land Director at Cassidy Group — brings a development pipeline currently exceeding £60 million GDV and a team with over £100 million of completed schemes behind them.
Where a site proceeds, it moves forward as a structured joint venture. The landowner pays nothing. All planning and professional costs are funded through the partnership.
